Дура ваша Латынина, извините. Причина одна: чем горячее на Б.Востоке - тем выше цена на нефть. Чем выше цена на нефть - тем больше бабок можно попилить и отгрузить на оффшорные счета. Это всё. Остальное так, лирика.
